Guided Meditation

There are many benefits to meditation. I’m not talking about meditation from a religious point of view, but simply meditation to rest your mind and refill your cup.

Some people can meditate on the own without any external help. But some people, especially those new at meditation, find that their mind wanders too much and would rather hear someone else’s voice to help them along. This is called Guided Meditation.

There is also a large selection of guided meditations on YouTube, produced by a variety of people. I find that some of these are a little too “out there” for my tastes, but there are also some great ones.
